About Aboveground Diamonds
As Beautiful and World Positive, our Aboveground Diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.
Real Diamonds, Cultivated Aboveground
Aboveground diamonds are diamonds. They are are created in a specialised foundry that recreates the way in which the Earth forms diamonds. Each aboveground diamond grows in its own way and is not post-processed or treated.
Pure Carbon
Anatomically and chemically, there is no difference between Aboveground and natural diamonds. There is also no visual difference between comparable diamonds. Aboveground diamonds provide full traceability and the reassurance that they are created in a foundry with little to zero carbon footprint.
Also, an Aboveground diamond will reflect a price that is 15-20% lower than a comparable natural diamond.
Identical Sparkle
Just like natural diamonds, Aboveground diamonds form as rough diamonds. From here, it goes through the exact same processes as a naturally formed diamond does, to craft a diamond as you know it.
Each Aboveground diamond is cut to perfect proportions to maximise brilliance and is graded by a GIA Gemologist, according to the strictest professional standards.
