This webinar discussed the science behind how a leader’s mindset can be your greatest friend – or worst enemy. Leadership in today’s world presents many challenges, often daily. These challenges can impact either healthily or un-healthily on our mindset. Our mindset ultimately builds feelings, and those feelings drive certain behaviors. Gone are the days of purely focusing on ‘doing things differently’. This workshop will help you learn how to ‘experience mentally’ these challenges and decide on a more effective outcome.
Over 90 minutes, you will be exposed to many different leadership situations and their impact on your mindset and, ultimately, learn how to practice new techniques to remain effective. You will be guided through our unique mindset model, which is rooted in EQ and Personality traits and preferences, and you will have the chance to apply your own situations to the model and understand how you can achieve different outcomes.
Who Should Attend:
• Professionals stepping into their first leadership roles.
• Individuals identified as having high potential within their organizations.
• Training leaders responsible for the upskilling of first-time leaders.
• Professionals interested in understanding leadership dynamics.
• Senior leaders looking to sharpen their effectiveness
