The Supreme Court heard the rape and murder of a postgraduate trainee doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital on Monday. The court questioned the Bengal government about the autopsy's execution without formal authorisation and directed the CBI to submit a fresh report by September 17.
