In this video instrumentation of fluorescence spectroscopy has been discussed. This is the part 3 and last part of this series. In first two parts we have discussed in detail the sources of radiations, monochromators and optical filters. This part discusses in detail the detector, photomultiplier tubes PMTs. Then data manipulation, cells & cell compartments and various types of errors in sampling have been discussed in detail. This video completes the instrumentation of fluorescence spectroscopy.
