اليوم هنعمل مع بعض الذ صنية فراخ بالبطاطس في الفرن علي الطريقة المصري الصح بجد طعمها ولا الذ من كدة والمكونات كلها زي ما أنا عودتكم متوفرة وبسيط جدا ومش مكلفة 👌😋
طبعا اول حاجة عندنا مهمة هي نوع البطاطس 🥔 لو أنا هعمل البطاطس صنية يبقي يفضل اني اختار البطاطس الي بيكون عليها طمي و ده علشان بيكون في نسبة سكر اعلي من البطاطس الرمليه و ده بيعطي نكهة جميلة جدا جدا للصنية البطاطس تاني حاجة يفضل ان الدجاج يكون حجم وسط يعني ٢ كيلو للفرخة اقصي شئ علشان تستوي معانا بسرعه وتكون نفس تسوية البطاطس 👌👨🍳

Baked Potato with chicken ingredients
1.1/2 kilo chicken 🐓
2 kilos of potatoes 🥔
1/4 kilo of onions 🧅
1/4 kilo of tomatoes 🍅
5 garlic cloves 🧄
1 cup tomato juice
