At 27k miles my KTM 390 Adventure was way past due for a valve clearance check. I show you how to check the valves on your bike if it is something you would like to try. I found my valves to be within proper specifications so I did not have to change any of the shims. I am leaving a link below to a video from MC Garage that goes into really good detail how to change the shims on this 390 engine. The MC Garage video does it with the engine out of the bike so if you want to see how to get to the valve cover watch my video and will go through the entire process.
