Tallia was joined on the blue carpet by Katie Piper, who made a statement in a cosy pink jumper and metallic purple skirt combo.The TV presenter and philanthropist, 34, wore her blonde hair loosely curled as she finished off her look with silver heeled boots.Katie looked incredible just three months after giving birth to her second child with husband Richard Sutton, daughter Penelope, keeping cosy in the chilly weather.Katie was one of many guest speakers at the event, talking about the importance of self love and body confidence.During her speech Katie spoke about her struggles with body confidence, and coming to terms with her permanent scarring after being attacked by an ex-boyfriend who threw acid in her face.She said: 'People saw the scars on my face as a weakness.I was kicked-out of shops, pointed at and made fun of.'But the truth is… those scars were more than just skin deep.Those were also emotional scars, and they were proof that I had faced so much and overcome it.My scars made me stronger.' Alexandra Burke put on a leggy display as she arrived on the blue carpet, ahead of a sensation performance on stage of some of her biggest hits.The Strictly Come Dancing star sported a loose logo jumper dress with thigh-high gladiator-style sandals.Alexandra carried a tiny white white handbag for her essentials ahead of her performance on the stage.Alexandra later took to the stage to perform at the show, showing off her incredible physique in black combat trousers and a red crop top.Styling her brown hair into crimped curls, the X Factor winner performed some of her biggest hits in the sporty look.Alexandra looked to be having a whale of a time as she took to the stage, finishing off her look with chunky heeled black patent boots.The star-studded event was also co-hosted by Survival of the Fittest presenter Laura Whitmore, who
