A brief about the building

In order to gain a foothold in the real estate market in Eldoret Town, the Board of Trustees Plot L.R No. EMU/Block 7/122- Uganda Road in Eldoret Town for purposes of initially developing their Scheme Headquarters, which was later changed to a commercial development for sale in order to realize returns for the benefit of the members. The MUPS Plaza is a project of MUPS funded from Members funds as an investment. The proposed structure is futuristic in nature giving MUPS a sense of pride as they match into the future. The building rises majestically above the ground of a fast growing town, standing in stately solitude against a natural backdrop. It stands at over 70 meters above the ground and it captivates the mind, excites the imagination and inspires awe and reverence. This building has 24 floors with 16 typical floors for office space. It boasts of over 356 parking lots, penthouse and a health club with a swimming pool on the roof top.
