NATO will allocate 40 million euros of assistance to Ukraine. Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said this at the opening of the NATO-Ukraine Commission meeting in Kyiv. Afterward, Stoltenberg gave a speech at the Ukrainian parliament.
