We're *cooking huge meals to feed my family of 11* in today's large family meals of the week video. During Christmas week we were bouncing back from several medical emergencies and situations. I had just gotten home from being gone for over a week. We had our 8-year-old's jump park birthday party where we shopped at Costco. We hosted about 30 people at the party with about 20 kids. We use several freezer meals for dinner during Christmas Week. You and I also cook up two pots of soup making homemade butternut squash soup ( a diary-free version to share with a friend) and a from-scratch tomato soup. We use up 12 qts of homemade and home-canned beef broth in both of those soups. For Christmas Eve we cook a huge meal including tons of homemade sausage gravy, fried eggs, huge pancakes, 4 lbs of bacon, sausage links, tater tots, and so much more!
