Shrimp
1 lb (450 g) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine (Optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Sauce
1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons light soy sauce (or soy sauce)
Stir Fry
4 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon minced ginger
