I am creating coffee roasting profile using the Ikawa Pro 100 coffee roaster. After using the Ikawa for only a week, creating a profile was fast and easy. I started with an existing profile and went into the edit mode. After trying 6 or 8 different roast profiles, I was able to roast some great coffee. This video shows how I went through the process of creating coffee roasting profile and the results.
