Steps:
1️⃣ Copy the Image:

Open your Photos app and copy the image you want to convert.
2️⃣ Paste in Files App:

Open the Files app and paste the image into a folder.
Create a new folder by long-pressing and selecting New Folder if needed.
3️⃣ Convert the Image Format:

Long-press the image and select Quick Actions / Convert Image.
Choose the desired format (PNG, JPEG, or HEIC) and size.
4️⃣ Rename the File (Optional):

Long-press the image, select Rename, and type in the new name.
5️⃣ Save Back to Photos App:

Open the converted image, hit Share, and select Save Image to move it back to your Photos app.
