"My sister Annie, who you can see featured in the video, decided to take the weight off of her feet as she queued for the B&M store. She chose to sit on the railing and leaned back, completely misjudging the distance and ending up wedged between the railing and the wall. There was a massive queue so unfortunately, she had many onlookers who were hesitant to help due to the pandemic. When she realized she couldn’t get out herself, my auntie tried to pull her out even though Annie is twice the size of her. Eventually, after a 15minute struggle and lots of uncontrollable laughing my auntie, mum and a kind lady in the queue were able to pull her out."
