Fiona has studied Eastern philosophy for the last 30 years and is qualified as a Biodynamic Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Esoteric Psychologist with a background in numerous bodywork disciplines.

Since 1988 she has worked with many people including high profile clients. In particular with exhaustion, depression and addiction. With tact and discretion, she has helped to rebuild lives and awaken the consciousness that brings healing and harmony. She has touched and inspired many people's lives. She says,
