Even as the Jammu and Kashmir police accused the Jammu lawyers of delaying the filing of the charge sheet in the Kathua gang-rape case, the Jammu Bar Association is holding a bandh today, demanding a CBI inquiry into the case and have blocked the Jammu-Pathankot highway. They allege that the local police are targeting them unfairly in the case.
