In this video, we’ll talk about “Verdana Village Amenities Update in Estero, Naples Florida".

In this video, I will provide an update on the construction progress of the amenity center at Verdana Village in Estero. The facility structure is completed and the pool is currently being installed, with the amenities expected to open in June or July of 2023.

The restaurant and bar have not yet broken ground and are projected to open in 2024. We encourage you to subscribe to our channel and hit the bell for notifications to stay updated on the progress of the amenities and the community.
