They are responsible for making sure that each employee is aware of their rights and responsibilities, as well as what to expect from their company. This includes benefits packages and other legal matters such as employment contracts. HR professionals also recruit new employees by finding qualified candidates through advertising or word-of-mouth referrals from current employees.
Today; networking is probably the powerful way for HR professionals to find potential hires for a role.
HR departments can be found in both large companies and small businesses alike. HR departments help build the business by hiring employees, training, supervising, and managing employees to meet their goals and the goals of the company.
