Our office is gearing up for a group trip, and we started swapping our favorite travel tips, which then got me thinking maybe they could help you, too! Don't let my horror stories scare you. I am naturally accident-prone. I do mention some products, but I'm not earning a commission on the ones in this video. Just my personal preferences.

If you have recently returned to flying after Covid, or you are a newer flyer, hopefully these will help.
1. Take a picture of your parking spot. Don't rely on a parking pin!
2. Get your known traveler number (TKN) - it helps SO MUCH.
3. Invest in a really good carry on, packing cubes, and if you wear jewelry, a travel jewelry case. Make sure you don't go to the airport in your jewelry in case you have to remove it for TSA.
4. Try to only use a carry on for those short trips and know what dimensions you need to get to be in compliance with your airline.
5. Be brutal in what you bring. Don't bring the salt lamp.
6. Check Covid restrictions and do your homework and planning ahead of time.
