This is my most favorite track from Root Double - Before Crime*After Days. It's the main menu theme.
I have a weird story for you today!
Around the time I uploaded my last few Super Danganronpa 2 videos, some time late December last year, I planned on uploading the first hour of so of gameplay of Root Double. Both SDR2 and Root Double share some elements (both are visual novels, both have characters who are trapped somewhere and want to escape, both have deaths/murders, etc) so I thought I'd start an "actual" LP. For an entire month, I worked on the video - I recorded the first hour of gameplay, translated ~30% of the text, and most of the required image editing. At the end of the month, however, I was suddenly busy again, and I couldn't continue working on it.
I was able to continue working on it in February, where by that time I'd translated 90% of the text, finished all image editing, and most of the video editing. But progress was halted yet again, as I went abroad to meet some family for a few weeks. When I returned, I felt too lazy to finish the video, telling myself that it's practically done anyway...
Fast forward to just yesterday - when I found my copy of the game lying around, I instantly remembered the almost-complete video, and rushed to finish work on it... except I couldn't find it... I COULDN'T FIND THE FILES! The folder in which I kept the video/image/translation/Sony Vegas files still exists, but it's empty for some reason! WTF?! I was so mad...
So I decided to post this video as a memorial - a memorial to my fruitless efforts, a memorial to the LP that never was, a memorial to my infinite, unequivocal stupidity. Anyway, kids, the moral of this story is: Don't procrastinate. EVER! Excuse me while I now go cry into my pillow.
