Tima is a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Business Sustainability at the Ivey Business School at Western University (Ontario). She is also affiliated with the University of Cambridge and Monash University. She is the founder of Network for Business Sustainability and Innovation North, the systems innovation lab at Ivey Business School. She researches the nexus of time, space and scale in business strategy, in order to advance sustainable development. She has been researching business sustainability since she completed her doctorate in 1996 at the University of Oxford.
