Do you know who SIPHO THWALA (PHOENIX STRANGLER) is and what he gained notoriety from? SIPHO THWALA is one of the worst serial killers in South African history. Sipho Thwala terrorised the women in Phoenix for years! his reign of terror started in 1994, but thankfully, in 1997 the phoenix strangler was caught and thrown in jail - where he will spend the rest of his life.
