‘USA, this is your genocide’
Outside the US embassy in London, a member of the community encampment spoke to MEE about the 8-week-long protest against America’s policy of arming Israel in its assault on Gaza.
The encampment is visible from inside the US embassy, which is located in Nine Elms, South London.
One of the members of the encampment told us that this protest was in response to a call by Palestinians to surround US and Israeli embassies around the world to pressure them to end the assault on Gaza and now Lebanon.
‘We know that if the USA pulls its funding from Israel, in three days Israel will not be able to continue its genocide,’ one protestor told MEE.
