I purchased this saw online in 2021 so the prices may have gone up a bit since then. The links are to the closest Chinese saws I could find at the lowest price. Though the quality may not be as good as some of the name brand Stihl or Husqvarna chainsaws, the parts are plentiful, cheap and easy to purchase online for these. Not everyone will need to purchase a $250 -$1000 chainsaw just to remove a few limbs or cut a few trees in their yard. Of course I wouldn't suggest these saws for professional loggers, but for the homeowner, you bet!

******UPDATE JULY 22, 2022******
I pulled the Chinese saw from the rack today to see if it would start. It has not been used or started since January 2022 and it still had the old fuel in the tank from the last time I used it then. I fully expected that it would not start and I'd have to do a "spill and fill" (remove the old gas and put some fresh mix in the tank). To my surprise the 52cc Chinese chainsaw started on the 3rd pull and it still runs great! NO ISSUES.
In contrast, my Stihl MS170 chainsaw I purchased new in 2021 has been back to the dealer twice for repair and both times it came back with the same unresolved running/starting issue. On one of the visits I was told the spark plug was bad and it was not under warranty so they charged me $28 to replace the plug (it had less than 1 hour run time from new). Unfortunately that did not solve the running/starting issue. I ended up replacing the carburetor on the Stihl MS170 with a new carburetor I purchased online as the dealer obviously had no idea how to fix the saw. If I could go back in time, the Stihl MS170 would still be sitting on the shelf at the dealer and I'd have my money back in my pocket. The 52cc Chinese chainsaw would enjoy some extra elbow room on the rack!
Now don't get me wrong about Stihl chainsaws. I love them. They're normally great saws. It's my bad luck that I seem to have gotten a lemon with the MS170 as it had a defective carburetor new out of the box. More bad luck thrown in on top of that as my local Stihl servicing dealer is evidently incompetent to repair one. I still have several other Stihl chainsaws and I do swear by them. The one particular new MS170 though, I wish I'd never brought home and it will definitely be the last Stihl I ever purchase "new".
Thanks!
