Couscous is a North African dish of small steamed balls of crushed durum wheat semolina that is traditionally served with a stew spooned on top. Cous Cous 2 cups
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Cucumber 1/2
Cherry Tomato 7 to 8
Tomato 1
Corriander leaves 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli Powder 1tsp
Cumin Powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
