Things to Remember
Bring your Passport - as Main Requirement
Add Documents to be prepared for Philippine Citizen (for ROM process)
1.Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from PSA duly authenticated by DFA-PH (Red Ribbon) - one (1) original and four (4) copies;
2.Birth Certificate - one (1) original and four (4) copies:
for Filipino Citizen - authenticated birth certificate;
for Foreign Nationals - birth certificate issued by the country of birth (with official English translation);
3.Passport copy of both contracting parties (data page and Qatar IDs) - present original and five (5) copies;
4.Photos of both contracting parties - 4 pcs., passport size;
5.Duly accomplished Report of Marriage Form - five (5) original forms;
