On April 10, 2018, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group and the City of New York hosted the 3rd Financing Sustainable Cities Forum, with the support of the Citi Foundation and WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. This action-oriented event focused on immediate opportunities to scale up investment in sustainable and inclusive cities. It was part of the Financing Sustainable Cities Initiative and built on the success of the first and second C40 Financing Sustainable Cities Forums held in Rio de Janeiro and London in 2016 and 2017 respectively.
