This is totally INSANE! as far as I'm concerned if you do something which brings you into a position of conflict with the law you should either be:

a. Punished
b. Deported to your country of origin

When I hear stories like this one where an individual has committed multiple offences (in this case 17) over the course of time and what's more they were welcomed into this country im afraid the answer is very simple. Deport them! and this needs to happen most severely until the message is understood that we will not put up with it.

I have to admit I really like Rupert Lowe as a politician because he is doing what they hould do and that is holding power to account. Keep going!
