[00:00] Hi, this is Steve Lishansky and I want to share with you, the critical key to organizational effectiveness. When I talk about organizations, I’m talking about everything from your family, to your
[00:10] team, to your organization, to your community, to your country, to the world. Whatever organization you have a part in, you want to understand
[00:20] the critical factor of organizational effectiveness. And this is it in a nutshell: the quality of leadership is the single greatest driver of the quality of
[00:30] organizational effectiveness. Now, some of you may be saying, “But I’m not the leader of…” whatever particular entity you’re thinking about. I’ll tell you what, leadership as a human trait, as a core
[00:40] to human dynamics, can be practiced at every level by everybody. Now, what do I mean by leadership? Your ability to create a future that’s powerful and
[00:50] compelling in the moment. Your ability to align people with what’s most important, most critical for that organization’s success. Again, whether it’s your family or your nation. And your ability to
[01:00] engage people to want to be a part of fulfilling on what’s most important. To really recognize and embrace it in a way that leadership
[01:10] drives with its communication and its power to really align people around something that really matters. There is nothing more powerful for organizational effectiveness than the
[01:20] quality of leadership.
