What a tremendous joy it has been to rehearse and present this work. Each rehearsal was a sermon in and of itself. I cannot even begin to recount the number of times that we had to stop rehearsals and wipe away tears. We are a very small choir and a small United Methodist Congregation, but the Holy Spirit made his presence know on Easter Sunday. Lives were touched and changed and I encourage you to listen to this full piece and the message it offers. It is amazing to me how Mary and Rose were able to capture the experiences leading up to, during and after the crucifixion. I highly recommend this piece.

Our one and only goal going into this work was that lives would be touched and changed. As a church choral director, when you you look out and see congregants wiping away tears, raising their hands, closing their eyes with their faces pointed towards heaven, you know your goal was met and God placed this music in your lap for a reason. Thank you Lord for your daily wisdom and guidance, but most of all, thank you for your LOVE.
