Sprouts are most super nutritional geminated Lentils/ Pulses .There are many different types of lentils/ pulses which we can sprout.
In my recipe Iam going to use Mung beans ( Green Gram) sprouts to make this nutritious pulao/ Rice.
Sprouts are used in making salads can be eaten raw.
Helps to improve digestion, blood sugar levels,heart disease
Boosts blood circulation, improve eyes sight.
Good source of antioxidants and plant compounds.
Rich in vitamin C which helps to promote hair growth and greying.
:Ingredients required:
Mung bean sprouts( Green Gram) 1 cup
Rice 1 cup
Onion 1
Potato 1
Carrot 1
Beans 5-6
Green chilli 4-5
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
:Spices:
Shahi jeera 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2"
Bay leaf 2
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Cashew nuts 7-8
Ground Nut oil 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Serves 2.
