In this video, I've explained how to make an electronic dice with ic NE555 and CD4017 without microcontroller. Here, 555 is generating clock pulse in high frequency and it provides the pulses to pin 14 of in 4017. IC 4017 is a ring decade counter ic and its output gets high one after another.
