This Feldenkrais and Nature Lesson is a natural exercise to ADD and helps contain nervous, emotional energy, calm down or begin to make boundaries. This lesson helps you "contain yourself." Herons can stand still for long periods with incredible balance in order to hunt. They are master hunters! Learn how to cultivate this kind of balanced awareness in this short movement and meditation warmup. This simple balance and warmup exercise will help you connect your mind and body in learning from how the heron moves.
This warmup lesson is inspired by the Heron and their movements with Annie Thoe-- Feldenkrais Teacher and Nature Awareness Teacher. The Heron series is also helpful for loosening neck and shoulder tension and improve footing.
Helpful warmup exercise to begin your day, calm your nervous system and have a more balanced focus. This lesson is part of an extensive series with Heron movements/Balanced Focus on Patreon: Sensing Vitality [ Ссылка ]
