In this very short video I explain some of the traditions and meaning associated with the Rosca or Roscón de Reyes which is baked and enjoyed on Epiphany (January 6) in many parts of the Hispanic World. The cake itself is very similar to Kings Cake, which is a traditional Mardi Gras dessert enjoyed in New Orleans and other parts.
