This Potato Pie is a popular dish in Lithuania where it is called Kugelis.
It can be made in a few different ways. Some recipes include egg and flour, but this one is my favorite. Only fresh potatoes, milk, butter and spices. Many like to add some fried onion and garlic, but I prefer it without.
