After my disappointing battles and utter failures with traditional medicine, alternative and complementary options saved me from weekly trips to the doctors, monthly scans, and bottles of pills. I wanted to become more involved in a subject that I really did have a passion for and where I could also help people along the way.
I am currently training to become a Crystal Healing Practitioner and Reiki Healer; I would love to add other complementary therapies to this eventually.

CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal healing refers to the use of crystals and gemstones to invoke energy changes in the mind and body that can lead to internal healing. Present day interest in crystal healing is simply a continuation of mankind's fascination with gemstones and minerals down the ages.
Crystal healing unblocks the negative patterns by raising the vibrational frequency of the energy field that surrounds your body.
Crystals are natural; earth made substances. They come in many different colors, sizes, and types. It is only these natural crystals that seem to have healing power.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT CRYSTAL
When I first began to become interested in crystals especially, I found that I was drawn to certain individual pieces due either to its color or just that I thought it was fascinating or just beautiful to admire. This “intuition” is very important when choosing your crystals; it is not necessary to choose a crystal just because of its properties, if you feel “drawn” to a particular crystal, there is usually a reason why.
On the other hand, you may find crystals that you instinctively dislike either because you feel they are ugly or the shape is too imperfect for your liking! This often means that you will not be able to cope with the crystal’s energies at that moment, but does not necessarily mean that in time to come you will feel much differently about it.
