War Commander: Skirmish Officer 2 (Without Missiles)
I got fed up of having to hunt for Reso and Thorium so I tested the no missile attack and in the first try it worked a treat, just slow your attack down a little to pick off the turrets in the middle of the base.
P.S. Units are maxed, I use it's electric and I do have the free boosts on.
