Tom finds his vision while studying at the Fletcher School and writing his thesis on grassroots peacebuilding. The thesis ultimately becomes the framework for GPBF. The video concludes with an interview with Ms. Eva Gordon Armour of Seeds of Peace. Seeds of Peace is a grassroots peacebuilding organization that Tom included as a case study in his thesis. Ms. Armour talks about her experiences at Seeds of Peace and the positive impact it has made on her life and the lives of others.
