Rather than attend his own sexual assault and defamation trial, Donald Trump flies off to enjoy his golf courses in Ireland and Scotland.
Meanwhile , his defense attorney/attack dog Joey Tacopina, continues his often demeaning and insulting cross-examination of Trump's victim, E. Jean Carroll.
Predictably, Judge Lewis Kaplan DENIED Trump's motion for a mistrial. Trump's lawyer had claimed - per the New York Times - that Judge Kaplan "had made pervasive unfair and prejudicial rulings." That's the legal equivalent of someone yelling, "witch hunt!" So, pretty much what we've come to expect of Donald Trump and his third-rate lawyers.
