She thought she was a good person until she was literally fried by lightning, and her story of meeting God traveled the world.

A Colombian dentist, Doctor Gloria Polo, suffered a lightning strike where she was so fried that doctors ruled out any possibility that she could survive.

She was in a coma for several days and was kept alive by medical devices.

During which time she became convinced of the existence of life after death.

Namely, her whole life was shown to her like a movie in relation to sins. Until that moment, she did not know how she had insulted God.

She thought she was a good person.

After the miraculous healing, she testifies to the great mercy of God, to the uniqueness of life on earth, to the existence of heaven, purgatory and hell, to the consequences of sin and turning away from God.

Here we bring her encounter with the seventh commandment of God; Thou shalt not steal.

Namely, she thought that she was completely pure in that matter, but God showed her differently.

In the seventh commandment, "Thou shalt not steal, "I was once again quite sure of my cause that I would be included among the very honorable, and I had nothing to complain about!

You have also become a slave to your own body.

You have made your body a deity, an idol. ”

And our Lord put it before my eyes and revealed that I am co-responsible for the great poverty in our country and that I have also blamed myself in this commandment of God.

He also warned me that every time I spoke evil of someone, I stole his honor.

And to fix it, to get it back, is almost impossible. It would have been much easier if I had stolen someone’s banknote, because then I could have simply returned the amount of money, to correct my offense.

Therefore, taking away a "good name" from a person is a much heavier guilt than taking away a thing or money.

And I robbed my children when I denied them to be a good housewife and mother to them, a gentle mother who cares for children, who is always by their side and is a practical example to them of selfless and fully committed love.

And not a mother who just walks around the streets and leaves her children alone under the protection of a TV set as a surrogate father and a computer as a surrogate mother and in the circle of many video toys as surrogate siblings.

And to calm my conscience, I always bought them for expensive money only clothes of the best brands so that at least at school and with friends they can make an impression and cause envy.

I was even more frightened when I saw my mother complaining to herself and wondering if she was a good mother.

My mother was a very pious and good woman, a housewife and mother of a family, who reminded us over and over again, who loved us and showed us how concerned she was for us and for our good.

In the same way, my father always showed in his own way, how glad he is for us, and that we are the most important thing in his life.

And as I was immersed in those thoughts, I said to myself:

“What will happen to me who has never given almost anything to my children; you may not notice that I will no longer be there now; I probably won't leave you! ”

At these words a cold shiver ran through my back, accompanied by pain, which passed like a sword through the middle of my heart.

I was ashamed of my failure in all areas.

You have to know that in the "Book of Life" everything can be seen as in a movie.

So I also saw my children having fun with each other and said the following:

“I hope my mother needs a little longer to come home, I hope she is in a traffic jam, because my mother is very boring and all the time he can only whine and criticize. "

What a blow it was from a three-year-old child and a slightly older daughter to hear, how they talk about their cruel mother.

And I became aware again that I had stolen their real mother.

I did not offer them a comfortable home.

I prevented them from getting to know GOD as children; following my example.

And I did not show them how to love my neighbor.

Because it is simply like this: If I do not love my neighbors, I will not associate with our LORD GOD in any way.

Because God is love.
