I’m almost 10 months post c-section! I’m still working on my abs after baby.
In this video I demonstrate some of my favorite conditioning exercises for better inverts! My inverts are still far from what they were before my pregnancy, but they have come a long way! I posted a video at 4 months post c-section to show my progress. I couldn’t get my knees to my elbows 5 months ago!
