This is one of a series of short videos produced at Georgia Tech University highlighting the aspects of the Supply Chain. Particularly during the pandemic, and the years that have followed, we have seen a substantial focus on the importance of managing the supply chain. Supply Chain Management can be critically important in balancing the need to have ample supplies on hand while also managing the financial resources needed to purchase and stock the needed items.
