The Town of Waukesha's Agenda for Citizen Comments was amended in about October of 2017 to allow citizens to only speak on items that are on the agenda. Here State Rep. Allen doesn't speak about anything on the agenda and just promotes himself and talks about the West Bypass, none of which was on the agenda. I took issue with that.
