Dave Saliaris was a sales and customer service executive with over 30 years of experience who found himself at a career crossroads when his company was bought out by an equity firm.
He felt blindsided by many of the changes and decided it was time for him to control his own path.
But he didn’t know his sweet spot given the breadth and depth of his career.

Here’s what he had to say: “I had a lot of discoveries about myself and my capabilities. I believe a lot about the word "why" and why you do things and how you do things, and what would be a company why; those things and what drives you. And that period of time allowed me to discover what those were for me, and the passion and grit and understanding that these are things that propel me came out and became a part of what my brand would be in going out there.”
