I show you guys what I got from the company Icebreaker. I bought a pair of thermal base underwear (their version of long johns basically) they added some other things to my order for my purchase as well.

I've been wearing their shirts, socks, and underwear for many years. Some of the best wool-made clothes you can buy. The one downside to this is the price but in the long run, it is really worth it.

I show you what I purchased in the video then try it on to show you how they fit for the size. I'm 5'6" and where a Medium for this base layer clothing.
