The report sheet was sent to me in docx (MS Word) file extension format. So I designed an MS Excel template and merge it into the report sheet such that any input in the Excel will migrate to the report sheet for individual report sheets generation.
Explaining to the client, I recorded the screen and with his approval I uploaded here.
