I am not a huge fan of this Hotel. The stay was fine and location to downtown Portsmouth for walking was not great and that is the reason to go to Portsmouth. This Holiday Inn was newly renovated, but it was not completely renovated and it just doesn't do it for me. It's inexpensive so if you can bear it, stay here as it is fine, it just has zero personality and with so many other choices in Portsmouth I won't need a return visit here.
