I'm not sure if this is how you're actually supposed to get up to this Point of Interest, but it gets the job done.

If you're not sure where to get this little side mission, there's a guy in the first part of Prague that sells information in exchange for Neuropozine (he's right across from your apartment building, marked as a merchant on the map.

If you buy all three of his first information, he will move to the north side, across the wall that divides the two sections. He'll be down by where the side mission The Rave shows on the map, by Ludvic's Lounge.

You won't make the jump with out the leg upgrade for jumping.
