October the 7th is World Day for Decent Work called by the ITUC (International Trade Union Confederation).
To mark the day and to promote workers’ rights and union membership, People Before Profit is holding a week of events focused on getting organised to fight for workers’ rights. The right to join a union and have some control over your working conditions is obviously fundamental to decent work.
