CBI has conducted raids at several locations in Tamil Nadu including Congress leader, P. Chidambaram and his son, Karti Chidambaram's houses in Chennai. According to reports these raids are conducted in connection with alleged favours granted to Karti Chidambaram for allegedly giving foreign investment approvals to INX media, a company owned by Peter Mukherjea. The clearance were granted while P Chidambaram was the Finance Minister.
